Low Density Polyethylene is a thermoplastic olefinic polymer made up by repeated units of ethylene.
Low Density Polyethylene main features:
- Good thermal and chemical resistance. It bears 80°C steady temperatures and 95°C during a short period of time
- Good impact resistance
- More flexible than high density polyethylene
- Density within the range of 0.910 – 0.940 gr/cm³
