TECHNICAL AND SUBSTANDARD PLASTICS
We also maintain a continuous STOCK of Technical Plastics sourced from reprocessed parts, industrial scrap, or post-consumer products made from engineering polymers (such as PA, PC, POM, ABS, PBT, technical PET, etc.). These are suitable for industrial use and are available in granules, regrind and bales.
Additionally, we offer Substandard Plastics sourced from petrochemical production, including EVA, LDPE, PP, and PET, in grades suitable for injection, extrusion, and blow molding. Contact us for current stock availability.

TECHNICAL PLASTICS
Good Mechanical Strength
Slightly lower than virgin material due to degradation during recycling.
Lower Cost
More economical compared to virgin plastics.
Acceptable Dimensional Stability
May vary depending on moisture content or contamination.
Color
Typically opaque or gray; specific colors can be achieved with masterbatch.
Applications
Suitable for non-structural automotive parts, device housings, furniture, and industrial components.
Thermal Properties
Resistant, though performance may vary due to additive loss or polymer chain degradation.
SUBSTANDARD PLASTICS
New Granules
No previous usage history.
Good Mechanical Properties
Close to virgin-grade performance, though variability may occur.
Variable Color
Often “natural” with non-standard shades.
Good Processability
May require machine adjustments depending on MFI or moisture.
Lower Cost
Cheaper than prime grade but more expensive than post-consumer recycled plastics.
Applications
Non-food packaging, promotional items, low-cost toys, and low-risk structural parts.
